How Lori works

Real estate is one of the few decisions where the emotional side and the financial side land at the same time. My job is to keep both in view: help you picture the day-to-day of living somewhere, and make sure the contract, the deadlines and the numbers hold up under scrutiny.

That starts with a real conversation. What has to be true about this move? What happened last time that you don't want repeated? Where is your timeline flexible and where is it fixed? Everything after that — the search, the pricing conversation, the negotiation — gets easier once those answers are written down.

What clients can expect

• Direct communication. You reach me, not a rotating team. Calls and texts get answered, and you'll know when to expect the next update.
• Written plans and deadlines. Texas contracts move on tight timelines. You'll have the dates in front of you.
• Honest read on properties. Including the things that may make a home harder to resell later.
• Referrals, not improvisation. For lending, title, legal, tax, insurance and inspection questions, I'll connect you with licensed professionals in those fields.

Areas of focus

Much of my work sits in the corridor north of Austin — Leander, Cedar Park, Liberty Hill, Round Rock, the Lago Vista and Lake Travis area, and North Austin proper. That range means I can help you compare very different lifestyles: newer master-planned neighborhoods, established suburbs with mature trees, acreage on the edge of the Hill Country, and lake-area homes.
